2 Had_rich it _belonged flock[s] and_herds many very.

11 thus he _says Yahweh see_I [am]_about _to _raise _up against_you calamity from_house_your _own and_take DOM wives_your before_eyes_your and_give to_neighbor_your and_lie with wives_your in_sight the_broad _daylight the_this.
12 DOM you you _acted in/on/at/with_secret and_I I _will _do DOM the_thing the_this before all Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_before the_broad _daylight.
13 and_he/it _said Dāvid to Nātān I _have _sinned to/for_YHWH and_he/it _said Nātān to Dāvid also Yahweh he _has _taken _away sin_your not you _will _die.
14 Nevertheless DOM indeed _(declare _contemptible) you _have _declared _contemptible DOM the _enemies of _Yahweh in/on/at/with_deed the_this also the_son the_born to/for_yourself(m) surely _(die) he _will _die.
15 And_he/it _went Nātān to house_his and_struck Yahweh DOM the_child whom she _had _borne the _wife of _ʼYyriy^yāh to_Dāvid and_ill.

16 And_he/it _sought Dāvid DOM the_ʼₑlhīmv for the_child and_he _fasted Dāvid a _fast and_went and_lay _all _night and_lay ground_on.
17 And_stood the _elders household_his on/upon/above_him/it to_get _up_him from the_earth/land and_not he _was _willing and_not he _ate with_them food.
18 And_he/it _was in _the_day the_seventh and_he/it _died the_child and_they _saw the _servants of _Dāvid to_announce to_him/it DOM_that he _had _died the_child DOM they _said here in/on/at/with_was the_child alive we _spoke to_him/it and_not he _listened in/on/at/with_voice_us and_how will _we _say to_him/it he _has _died the_child and_do harm.
19 And_he/it _saw Dāvid DOM_that servants_his [were]_whispering _to _one _another and_perceived Dāvid DOM_that he _had _died the_child and_he/it _said Dāvid to servants_his dead the_child and_they _said he _has _died.
20 And_he/it _rose _up Dāvid from_the_ground and_washed and_anointed and_changed clothes_his[fn] and_went _into the _house of _Yahweh and_worshiped and_went to house_his _own and_asked and_served to_him/it food and_he/it _ate.
21 And_they _said servants_his to_him/it what the_thing the_this which you _have _done in_account _of the_child [was]_alive you _fasted and_wept and_just _as_that he _died the_child you _arose and_she/it _ate food.
22 And_he/it _said in/on/at/with_still the_child [was]_alive I _fasted and_wept DOM I _said who [is]_knowing now_gracious[fn] Yahweh and_live the_child.
23 And_now he _has _died to/for_what this [am]_I fasting can to_bring _back_him again I [will _be]_going to_him/it and_he not he _will _return to_me.
