9 You _turned _to _look to much and_BEHOLD/LO/SEE (into)_little and_you(pl)_brought_it the_house and_I _blew in_him/it because _of what the _utterance _of YHWH soldiers/messengers because _of house _of_my which it is_desolate and_you(pl) are_running each to_his _own _of_house.

10 Therefore yes/correct/thus/so on_you(pl) the_heavens they _have _withheld[fn][fn][fn] from_dew and_the_earth it _has _withheld produce _of_its.
