Only use of identical word form συνέβη (V-IAA3··S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘συνέβη’ (V-IAA3··S) is always and only glossed as ‘it happened’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘sumbainō’ have 7 different glosses: ‘has happened’, ‘having happened’, ‘having_been happened’, ‘to_be happening’, ‘was happening’, ‘it happened’, ‘happening’.
