Summary

Summary

32These are the Israelites, numbered according to their families. All those numbered in the camps, by their divisions, are 603,550. 33But the Levites were not numbered among the other Israelites, as the Lord commanded Moses.

34So the Israelites did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses; that is the way they camped under their standards, and that is the way they traveled, each with his clan and family.

3Now these are the records of Aaron and Moses when the Lord spoke with Moses on Mount Sinai. 2These are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab, the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. 3These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the anointed priests, whom he consecrated to minister as priests.

4Nadab and Abihu died before the Lord when they offered strange fire before the Lord in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children. So Eleazar and Ithamar ministered as priests in the presence of Aaron their father.
