2 And_sent DOM ʼEləyāqīm who [was]_over the_palace and_Shebna the_secretary and_DOM the _elders the_priests covered in/on/at/with_sackcloth to Yəshaˊə^yāh the_prophet the _son of _Amoz.
3 And_they _said to_him/it thus he _says Ḩizəqiy^yāh [is]_a _day of _distress and_rebuke and_disgrace the_day the_this DOM they _have _come children to [the]_mouth _of _[the]_womb and_strength there _[is]_not to_deliver.
4 Perhaps he _will _hear Yahweh god_your DOM all [the]_words of _[the]_Rab- shaqeh whom sent_him the _king of _Assyria master_his to_mock [the]_god living and_rebuke in/on/at/with_words which he _has _heard Yahweh god_your and_lift _up prayer for the_remnant the_left.
5 And_they _came the _servants the_king Ḩizəqiy^yāh to Yəshaˊə^yāh.
6 And_he/it _said to/for_them Yəshaˊə^yāh thus say to master_your _all’s thus he _says Yahweh do _not be _afraid from_face/in _front _of the_words which you _have _heard which they _have _blasphemed the _servants of _the _king of _Assyria DOM_me.

10 Thus say to Ḩizəqiy^yāh the _king of _Yəhūdāh to_say not deceive_you god_your whom you [are]_trusting in/on/over_him/it to_say not it _will _be _given Yərūshālayim in/on/at/with_hand of _the _king of _Assyria.

16 Incline Oh _Yahweh ear_your and_hear open Oh _Yahweh eyes_your and_see and_hear DOM the _words of _Sennacherib which sent_him to_mock [the]_god living.
17 Truly Oh _Yahweh they _have _made _desolate the _kings of _Assyria DOM the_nations and_DOM lands_their.
18 And_hurled DOM gods_their in/on/at/with_fire DOM not [were]_gods they DOM (if) [the]_work of _[the]_hands of _humankind wood and_stone and_destroyed_them.
19 And_now Oh _Yahweh god_our save_us please from_hand_his and_know all the _kingdoms the_earth/land DOM_that you Oh _Yahweh [are]_god by_yourself_you.

20 and_sent Yəshaˊə^yāh the _son of _Amoz to Ḩizəqiy^yāh to_say thus he _says Yahweh the _god of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) [that]_which you _prayed to_me concerning Sennacherib the _king of _Assyria I _have _heard.
21 This the_word which he _has _spoken Yahweh on/upon/above_him/it she _has _despised to/for_yourself(m) she _has _mocked to/for_yourself(m) the _virgin of _the _daughter of _Tsiuōn behind_you a _head she _has _shaken the _daughter of _Yərūshālayim.
22 DOM whom have _you _taunted and_blasphemed and_against whom have _you _raised a _voice and_lifted height eyes_your on the _holy _[one] of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel).

32 for_so/thus/hence thus he _says Yahweh concerning the _king of _Assyria not he _will _come into the_city the_this and_not he _will _shoot there an _arrow and_not come _before_it a _shield and_not he _will _pour _out on/upon_it(f) a _mound.
33 In/on/at/with_way which he _is _coming in/on/at/with_her he _will _return and_near/to the_city the_this not he _will _come the _utterance of _Yahweh.
34 And_defend (to) the_city the_this to_save_it for _sake_my and_for _the _sake _of Dāvid servant_my.
35 And_he/it _was in/on/at/with_night (the)_that and_he/it _went _out the _angel of _Yahweh and_struck _down in/on/at/with_camp of _Assyria one _hundred eighty and_five thousand and_got _up in/on/at/with_morning and_see/lo/see all_them [were]_corpses dead.
36 And_departed and_he/it _went and_returned Sennacherib the _king of _Assyria and_he/it _sat _down//remained//lived in/on/at/with_Nineveh.
37 And_he/it _was he [was]_bowing _down the _house of _Nisroch his/its_god and_Adrammelech and_Sharezer[fn][fn] killed_him in/on/at/with_sword and_they they _escaped the _land of _Ararat and_became _king wwww wwww his/its_son in _place_his.
