1 What was from the_beginning, what we _have _heard, what we _have _seen with _the eyes of _us, what we _saw, and the hands of _us touched, concerning the message of_ the _life, 2 and the life was _revealed, and we _have _seen, and we _are _testifying, and we _are _reporting to _you _all, the life the eternal, which was with the father, and was _revealed to _us, 3 what we _have _seen, and we _have _heard, we _are _reporting also to _you _all, in _order _that also you _all may _be _having fellowship with us, and also the the our_ fellowship _is with the father, and with the son of _him, Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) chosen _one /messiah.
4 And we are _writing these things, in _order _that the joy of _us may _be having _been _fulfilled.
5 And this is the message which we _have _heard from him and we _are _declaring to _you _all, that the god is light, and darkness is not in him, not _one.
6 If we _may _say that we _are _having fellowship with him, and _yet we _may _be _walking in the darkness, we _are _lying and we _are_ not _practicing the truth.
7 But if we _may _be _walking in the light as he is in the light, we _are _having fellowship with one _another, and the blood of_Yaʸsous the son of _him, is _cleansing us from all sin.
8 If we _may _say that we _are_ not _having sin, we _are _deceiving ourselves and the truth is not.
in us.
9 If we _may _be _confessing the sins of _us, he _is faithful and righteous, in _order _that he _may _forgive our sins to _us, and may _cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we _may _say that we _have_ not _sinned, we _are _making him a_liar, and the message of _him is not in us.
