4 Beloved, not be _believing in _every spirit, but be _approving the spirits, whether it _is of the god, because many false _prophets have _come _out into the world.

2 By this you _all _are _knowing the spirit of_ the _god:
every spirit that is _confessing Yaʸsous chosen _one /messiah having _come in the_flesh, is of the god,

3 and every spirit that is_ not _confessing the Yaʸsous, is not of the god.
And this is the spirit of _the anti-messiah, which you _all _have _heard that it _is _coming, and now is already in the world.

4 You _all are of the god, little _children, and you _all _have _overcome them, because greater is the one in you _all, than the one in the world.

5 They are of the world, because _of this they _are _speaking from the world, and the world is _hearing from _them.

6 We are of the god.
The one knowing the god, is _hearing from _us, whoever is not of the god, is_ not _hearing from _us.
By this we _are _knowing the spirit of_ the _truth and the spirit of_ the _deception.

7 Beloved, we _may _be _loving one _another, because the love is from the god, and everyone which loving has _been _born from the god, and is _knowing the god.

8 The one not loving, not knew the god, because the god is love.

9 The love of_ the _god was _revealed among us in this, that the god has _sent _out the son of _him, the only _begotten, into the world in _order _that we _may _live through him.

10 In this is the love, not that we have _loved the god, but that he loved us, and sent _out the son of _him, an_atonement for the sins of _us.

11 Beloved, if the god loved us thus, we also ought to _be _loving one _another.

12 No _one has_ ever _seen god, if we _may _be _loving one _another, the god is _remaining in us, and the love of _him is having _been _perfected in us.

13 By this we _are _knowing, that we _are _remaining in him, and he in us, because he _has _given to _us from the spirit of _him.

14 And we have _seen and are _testifying that the father has _sent _out the son, saviour of _the world.

15 Whoever wishfully may _confess that Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) is the son of_ the _god, the god is _remaining in him, and he in the god.

16 And we have _known and have _believed the love that god is _having the in us.
The god is love, and the one remaining in the love, is _remaining in the god, and the god is _remaining in him.

17 In this the love has _been _perfected with us, in _order _that we _may _be _having confidence in the day of_ the _judgement, because as that one is, we also are in the this world.

18 Fear is not in the love, but the perfect love is _throwing out the fear, because the fear is _having punishment, and the one fearing, has_ not _˓been˒_perfected in the love.

19 We are _loving, because he first loved us.

20 If anyone may _say, that I _am _loving the god, and may _be _hating the brother of _him, is a_liar, because/for the one not loving the brother of _him, whom he _has _seen, is_ not _able to _be _loving the god, whom he _has_ not _seen.

21 And we _are _having this the command from him, that the one loving the god, may_ also _be _loving the brother of _him.
