46Thus saith the Lord Jehovah, The east gate of the inner court shall be shut during the six working days; but on the sabbath day, and on the day of the new moon it shall be open. 2And the prince shall enter from without by the vestibule of the gate, and shall stand by the door-post of the gate; and the priests shall prepare his burnt-offering and his peace-offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate, ana then go out; but the gate shall not be shut until evening. 3And the people of the fined shall worship at the door of that gate before Jehovah on the sabbaths and on the new moons. 4And the burnt-offering which the prince shall offer to Jehovah on the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish and one ram without blemish; ®the cereal-offering being an ephah to a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and of oil a hin to an ephah.

6And on the day of the new moon it shall be a young bullock without blemish and six lambs, and a ram, without blemish; 7and he shall prepare a cereal-offering, an ephah for the bullock, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs as he is able, and of oil a hin to an ephah.

8And when the prince shall enter, he shall go in by the vestibule of the gate, and he shall go forth by the same way. 9But when the people of the land shall come before Jehovah in the feast days, he who enters by the north gate to worship shall go out by the south gate; and he who enters by the south gate shall go out by the north gate; none shall return by the gate at which ie came in, but shall go out straight ahead. 10The prince shall go in with them, when they go in, and go out, when they go forth.

11And on the feast days and the festivals the cereal-offering shall be an ephah to a bullock, and an ephah to a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and of oil a hin to an ephah. 12And when the prince shall prepare a voluntary-offering, a burnt-offering or peace-offerings as a voluntary-offering to Jehovah, the east gate shall be opened for him, and he shall present he burnt-offering and his peace-offerings, as he doth on the sabbath day; then he shall go out; and after he has gone out the gate shall be shut.

13And he shall provide daily a lamb a year old without blemish as a burnt-offering to Jehovah;! each morning shall he provide it. 14And he shall provide as a cereal-offering with it each morning the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine meal, as a cereal-offering to Jehovah by a perpetual ordinance. 15Thus shall he provide the lamb, and the cereal-offering, and the oil, each morning, as a regular burnt-offering.

16Thus saith the Lord Jehovah, If the prince make a gift to any of his sons, out of his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance. 17But if he make a gift out of his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of release; then it shall revert to the prince; but as for his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons. 18Moreover the prince shall not take of the people”s inheritance so as to deprive them by force of their possession; he shall give an inheritance to his sons out of his own possession, that none of my people be scattered from his possession.

19Then he brought me through the entry, which was at the side of the gate, into the priests” sacred chamber on the north; and there was a place on the extreme western side. 20And he said to me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt-offering and the sin-offering, and bake the cereal-offering, so as not to bring them out into the outer court, thereby making the people sacred. 21Then he brought me into the outer court, and made me pass by the four corners of the court; and there in each corner of the court was a court. 22In the four corners of the court there were small° courts forty cubits long and thirty cubits wide; these four in the corners were of the same size. 23And there was a row of stones round about each of the four, and places for boiling were constructed beneath the row of stones round about. 24Then he said to me, These are the houses where the ministers of the temple shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
