ULT 1CH Chapter 18

18And it happened after this that David struck down the Philistines, and he humbled them. And he took Gath and its daughters from the hand of the Philistines. 2And he struck down Moab, and the Moabites became servants to David, carriers of tribute.

3And David struck down Hadadezer, the king of Zobah Hamath, when he went to set up his hand at the Euphrates River. 4And David captured from him 1,000 chariots, and 7,000 horsemen, and 20,000 men on foot. And David hamstrung all the chariots, but spared from him 100 chariots.

5And Aram of Damascus came to help Hadadezer the king of Zobah, and David struck down of the Arameans 22,000 men. 6And David set up in Aram of Damascus, and Aram became servants to David, carriers of tribute. And Yahweh saved David in all where he went. 7And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadadezer, and he brought them to Jerusalem. 8And from Tibhath and from Kun, cities of Hadadezer, David took very much bronze. With it, Solomon made the sea of bronze and the pillars and bronze items.

14And David reigned over all Israel. And it happened he was doing judgment and righteousness for all his people. 15And Joab the son of Zeruiah was over the army, and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud, secretary. 16And Zadok the son of Ahitub and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, priests, and Shavsha, scribe. 17And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Kerethites and the Pelethites, and the sons of David, the heads at the hand of the king.
