Literal Version

21:20 Yeshua foretells Yerushalem’s destruction

(Mark 13:14-19, Mat. 24:15-21)

20However, when you all see Yerushalem being surrounded by armies, then you’ll know that the time of her abandonment is close. 21Then those who’re in Yudea should flee to the hills and those in the central area should get out, and foreigners should no longer go there 22[ref]because that will be a time of vengeance when what’s been written will come to pass. 23It’ll be so hard for pregnant and breast-feeding women at that time because there’ll be incredible distress in the country and severe anger towards the Jewish people. 24They’ll be cut down with swords and taken to many other countries as slaves, then Yerushalem will be overrun by non-Jews until the times given to the non-Jews will be fulfilled.

20But whenever you_all_may_see Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim) being_surrounded by armies, then know that the desolation of_her has_neared.
21Then the ones in the Youdaia, let_them_be_fleeing to the mountains, and the ones in midst of_her, let_them_be_departing_out, and the ones in the countries, them _let_ not _be_coming_in into her.
22Because these are days of_vengeance which to_be_fulfilled all the things having_been_written.
23And woe to_the women having child in womb and to_the women nursing in those the days, because/for will_be great hardship on the land, and severe_anger the on_ this _people.
24And they_will_be_falling by_the_edge of_the_sword, and they_will_be_being_made_captive into all the nations, and Hierousalaʸm will_be being_trodden by the_pagans, until of_which the_times of_the_pagans may_be_fulfilled.
