OET (OET-RV) The priest must present it at the altar, and then twist its head off and burn the head on the altar as he drains the blood out onto the outer edge of the altar.

OET-LV And_he_will _present _it the_priest/officer to the_altar and_he _will _nip _off DOM his/its_head and_he _will _make_it_smoke to_the_altar blood _of_its and_it _will _be _drained _out on the _side _of the _altar.

ULT And the priest shall present it at the altar, and he shall twist off its head and he shall cause, it to become smoke on the altar. And its blood shall be drained on the side of the altar.
