ULTAnd the king asked, “Who is in the court?” Now Haman had come into the outer court of the house of the king to say to the king to hang Mordecai on the pole that he had prepared for him.

USTAt that moment, Haman entered the outer courtyard of the king’s house. He had come to tell the king that he wanted to hang Mordecai on the pole that he had set up for Mordecai. The king wanted to consult someone about the best way to honor Mordecai, so he asked, “Who is out in the courtyard?”
