OET (OET-RV) and flick it seven times onto the person who’s being purified from the skin disease. Then the priest can pronounce them as ‘clean’ enough to re-enter the community, and release the live bird to fly into the countryside.

OET-LV And_he _will _spatter_it on the_one_purifying _himself from the _serious_skin _disease seven times and_he_will _declare _him _pure and_he _will _let _go DOM the_bird (the)_living over the _surface _of the_field.

UST The priest should then flick some of the water and blood on the previously infected person whom the priest now intends to cleanse. The priest must flick the blood and water on him seven times. Then the priest should declare that the person is pure and that he may be with other people again. Finally, the priest should release the living bird and allow it to fly away toward the open field.
