OET (OET-LV)and_ʼAⱱərāhām he_was_old he_had_come in_the_days and_LORD he_had_blessed DOM ʼAⱱərāhām in/on/at/with_everything.

OET (OET-RV) Abraham was now getting very old, and Yahweh had blessed him in every way.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

וְאַבְרָהָ֣ם זָקֵ֔ן בָּ֖א בַּיָּמִ֑ים

and,Abraham old he/it_came in_the=days

Verse 1 gives the setting for the new episode and begins with a doublet that emphasizes how old Abraham was. Try to preserve this emphasis in a way that is natural in your translation. Alternate translation: “Abraham was very old now. He had lived many years,” or “Now Abraham had become very old,”

וַֽיהוָ֛ה בֵּרַ֥ךְ אֶת אַבְרָהָ֖ם

and,LORD blessed DOM ʼAⱱərāhām

See how you translated “bless” in Gen 12:2-3. Alternate translation: “and Yahweh had caused him to prosper”

בַּכֹּֽל

in/on/at/with,everything

Alternate translation: “in everything he had done.”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

24:1-67 Isaac’s marriage to Rebekah ensured that God’s plan would continue into the next generation. God showed covenant faithfulness by working through his faithful people (24:12, 27, 49).
