6 There _ [is] an _ evil which I _ have_ seen under the _ sun and _ heavily it on the _ humankind .
2 Anyone whom he _ gives to _ him/it the _ ʼElohīm wealth and _ possessions and _ honour and _ not _ existing_ he [is] _ lacking to _ heart _ of_ his from _ all that he _ desires and _ not enable _ him the _ ʼElohīm to _ enjoy from _ him/it if/because a _ man foreign enjoys _ them this [is] _ futility and _ ill an _ evil it .
3 If he _ will_ father anyone one _ hundred_ [children] and _ years many he _ will_ live and _ many that _ are the _ days_ of years _ of_ his and _ soul _ of_ his not it _ will_ be_ satisfied from the _ prosperity and _ also burial not it _ belonged for _ him/it I _ say [is] _ good from _ him/it the _ stillborn _ child .
4 If/because in/on/at/with _ vanity it _ came and _ in/on/at/with _ darkness it _ will_ go and _ in/on/at/with _ darkness his/its _ name it _ is_ covered .
5 Also [the] _ sun not it _ saw and _ not it _ knew_ [it] quietness has _ it more _ than_ he .
6 And _ if he _ lived a _ thousand years two _ times and _ prosperity not he _ saw not to a _ place one the _ all going .
7 All _ of the _ toil_ of the _ humankind for _ mouth _ of_ his and _ also the _ living _ creatures not it _ will_ be_ filled .
8 If/because what advantage have _ the_ wise more _ than the _ fool what have _ the_ poor [who] _ knows to _ conduct before the _ others .
9 [is] _ good [the] _ sight_ of eyes than _ wandering desire also this [is] _ futility and _ chasing _ of wind .
10 Whatever that _ exists already it _ has_ been_ named his/its _ name and _ known (cmp) he [is] _ human and _ not he _ is_ able to _ dispute with who _ stronger [fn ] than _ he .
11 If/because there _ [are] words many [which] _ increase futility what advantage to _ a_ anyone .
12 If/because who [is] _ knowing what [is] _ good for _ a_ man in/on/at/with _ life the _ number_ of the _ days_ of the _ life_ of futile _ of_ his and _ pass _ them like _ a_ shadow that who will _ he_ tell to _ a_ anyone what will _ it_ be after _ him under the _ sun .
