24 Why are the Almighty?

And why ones knowing him days?

2 They remove markers;

they seize flock pasture it.

3 The donkey of fatherless lead away;

they take in pledge ox of widow.

4 They turn needy the way;

the poor of land hidden

5 Behold, like wild donkeys the wilderness go out their work, food;

the Arabah is to him their children.

6 They gather fodder the field,

and the vineyard of wicked glean.

7 They lie night garment,

and there is no the cold.

8 They are wet the showers of mountains,

and from being without hug rock.

9 They snatch fatherless the breast,

and upon poor bind a pledge.

10 They go about

and, hungry, carry sheaf.

11 Within walls press oil;

they tread winepresses, they thirst.

12 From the city,

and the soul of wounded out,

but God

13 They the ones rebelling against the light;

they do ways,

and do its paths.

14 At light murderer

he kills poor the needy,

and is a thief the night.

15 And the eye of adulterer twilight,

saying, ‘No perceive me,’

and puts cover over his face.
