Psalm 146

146 Hallelu Yah!

Praise Yahweh, my soul!

2 Let me praise Yahweh in my life;

let me make music to my God while I yet, am.

3 Do not trust in nobles,

in the son of man, in whom there is no salvation.

4 His breath goes out, he returns to his ground;

on that day, his thoughts perish.

5 The happinesses of, the one who, has the God of Jacob for his help;

his hope, is in Yahweh his God,

6 the one having made the heavens and the earth,

the sea and all that, is in them,

the one keeping faithfulness forever,

7 doing justice for the oppressed,

giving bread to the hungry.

Yahweh is releasing the bound ones.

8 Yahweh is opening the blind;

Yahweh is raising up the one bowed down;

Yahweh is loving the righteous.

9 Yahweh is guarding the sojourners;

he upholds the orphan and the widow,

but the way of the wicked, he overturns.

10 Yahweh reigns forever;

your God, Zion, to generation and generation.
