The words Hallelu Yah are Hebrew words, containing a plural command to praise Yahweh. You will need to decide if you will use these words in their Hebrew form or if you will instead translate the meaning into your language. Either approach has broad support. If you use the Hebrew words, you could spell them the way that they sound in your language and then put the translation in a footnote. Alternate translation: [Halleluia] or [Praise Yah]

The psalmist is speaking to his own soul, which cannot hear him. He is doing this to express how strongly he feels about praising Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate these words as if he were speaking directly to the people about himself. Alternate translation: [I will praise Yahweh with all of my being]

The psalmist is using one part of himself, his soul, to mean all of himself in the act of praising. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I myself will praise Yahweh]
