145.9 Orphan and widow will_undertake. AUG. Everyone Assembly/Church of_Gentile_nations adventitia it_is to fathers, not/no flesh/meat, but to_be_imitated, daughter. Pupils are everyone in/into/on travel, to_whom it_is absent pater; and everyone faithful the_soul it_is a_widow to_the_groom being_away: from_where/who and more father and groom they_desire, and these protects God not/no sight(n), but desired.

The psalmist is using the adjective wicked as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [those who are wicked]
