146.10 In tibiis men. In composed dress beforesumptuosi and audacis. Through husband because audacem beforesumptorem notes. In tibiis is_noted incessus incompositus, in/into/on tibiis men. Or, after/second another literally, in/into/on shelters/tents men, that it_is in/into/on conventiculis of_heretics, beneplacitum will_be to_him. Note that not/no he_said in/into/on shelters/tents of_God, but men, through this designans audaciam of_heretics.

The psalmist is using the phrase to generation and generation as a common expression of the culture to mean “forever”. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for all time]

The words Hallelu Yah are Hebrew words, containing a plural command to praise Yahweh. You will need to decide if you will use these words in their Hebrew form or if you will instead translate the meaning into your language. Either approach has broad support. If you use the Hebrew words, you could spell them the way that they sound in your language and then put the translation in a footnote. Alternate translation: [Halleluia] or [Praise Yah]
