ULTAnd a clean man shall gather the ashes of the cow and make, them rest from outside to the camp in a clean place. And it shall be for the congregation of the sons of Israel for keeping, for water of impurity. It, is a sin offering.

USTA man who is pure must collect the cow’s ashes. He must put them in a pure place outside the area where the Israelites set up their tents. The Israelite community must keep the ashes safe. They will use them with water to make themselves pure. When they burn this cow it counts as a purifying sacrifice.
