21 And when it _became us to _be _launched, having _been _withdrawn from them, having _run _straight we _came to the Kōs, and on _the_ next _day to the Ɽodos, and _from _there to Patara.
2 And having _found a_ship crossing _over into Foinikaʸ, having _boarded we _were _launched.
3 And the Kupros having _appeared, and having _left it on_the_left, we _were _sailing to Suria/(ʼₐrām) and we _came _down at Turos/(Tsor), because/for there the ship was unloading the cargo.
4 And having _sought _out the apprentices/followers, we _remained _on there seven days, who were _saying by the spirit to_ the _Paulos not to _be _setting _foot _in to Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim).
5 And when it _became to _us to _finish _out the days, having _come _out we _were _journeying, wives and children accompanying with us all, as _far _as outside the city, and having _knelt the knees on the shore having _prayed, 6 we _withdrew from _one _another and we _went _up into the ship, and those returned to their own homes.
7 And we, having _completed the voyage from Turos, arrived to Ptolemais, and having _greeted the brothers, we _remained one day with them.
8 And on _the day of _next, having _come _out we _came to Kaisareia, and having _come _in into the house of _Filippos, the good _message _preacher, being of the seven, we _remained with him.
9 And with _this man were four daughters, virgins prophesying.
10 And remaining _on more days, a_certain prophet by_the_name Agabos came _down from the Youdaia, 11 and having _come to us, and having _taken _up the belt of_ the _Paulos, having _bound of _himself the feet and the hands, he _said:
The the holy spirit is _saying these things:
The man of _whom is the this belt, thus the Youdaiōns in Hierousalaʸm will _be _binding, and they _will _be _giving _over him into the_hands of_the_pagans.
12 And when we _heard these things, both we and the of_the_locals were _imploring, which him not to _be _going _up to Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim).
13 Then the Paulos answered:
What are _you _all _doing, weeping and breaking the heart of _me?
For/Because I I _am _having ready not only to _be _bound, but also to _die _off in Hierousalaʸm, because/for the name of _the master Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa).
14 And him not being _persuaded, we _kept _quiet having _said:
The will of _the master let _be _becoming.
15 And after the these days, having _made _preparations, we _were _going _up to Hierousalaʸm.
16 And also of _the apprentices/followers from Kaisareia came _together with us, bringing us to _Mnasōn a_certain ancient from _Kupros apprentice/follower with whom we _may _be _lodged.
17 And of _us having _become at Hierousalaʸm, the brothers gladly welcomed us.
18 and on _the day following, the Paulos was _entering with us to Yakōbos/(Yaˊₐqoⱱ), and all the elders arrived.
19 And having _greeted them, he _was _explaining by each one, of _what the god did among the pagans by the service of _him.
20 And they having _heard were _glorifying the god, and they _said to _him:
You _are _observing, brother, how _many tens _of _thousands are among the Youdaiōns which having _believed, and they _are_ all _being zealous for _the law.
21 And they _were _instructed concerning you, that you _are _teaching apostasy from Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) all Youdaiōns the ones among the pagans, saying them not to _be _circumcising their children, nor to _be _walking in _the customs.
22 Therefore what is _it?
Certainly they _will _be _hearing that you _have _come.
23 Therefore do this, what we _are _saying to _you.
Four Men are with _us, having a_vow for themselves.
24 Having _taken these men, be _purified with them and spend for them, in _order _that they _will _be _shaving his head, and all will _be _knowing that of _which they _have _been _instructed about you nothing is, but you _are _aligning also yourself, keeping the law.
25 But concerning the pagans having _believed, we sent _out having _judged them to _be _keeping, from _the and/both idol _sacrificed thing, and blood, and strangled animals, and sexual _immorality.
26 Then the Paulos having _taken the men, on _the following day with them having _been _purified, was _entering into the temple, proclaiming the fulfillment of _the days of _the purification, until of _which the offering was _offered for each one of _them.
27 And when the seven days were _going, to _be _being _completed, the Youdaiōns from the Asia, having _seen him in the temple, were _confounding all the crowd, and they _laid _on their hands on him 28 crying _out:
Men, ones_from _Israaʸl/(Yisrā^ʼēl), be _giving _help.
This is the man, who teaching all everywhere against the people, and the law, and the this place, and still also brought _in Hellaʸns into the temple, and has _defiled the this holy place.
29 For/Because they _were having _previously _seen Trofimos the from _Efesos in the city with him, whom they _were _thinking that the Paulos brought _in into the temple.
30 And the whole city was _stirred, and a_rushing _together of _the people became, and having _taken _hold of_ the _Paulos, they _were _dragging him outside the temple, and immediately the doors were _shut.
31 and seeking to _kill_ him _off, there _went _up an_allegation to _the commander of _the cohort, that all Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim) is _being _confounded, 32 who immediately having _taken soldiers and centurions, ran _down on them, and which having _seen the commander and the soldiers, they _ceased striking the Paulos.
33 Then having _neared, the commander took _hold of _him, and commanded him to _be _bound with_ two _chains, and he _was _inquiring who he _might _be and what he _is having _done.
34 But others, were _crying _out some other thing in the crowd.
And him not of _being _able to _know the certain thing because _of the commotion, he _commanded him to _be _being _brought into the barracks.
35 And when he _became to the stairs, it _happened him to _be _being _borne by the soldiers, because _of the force of _the crowd.
36 For/Because the multitude of _the people was _following crying _out:
Be _Taking_ him _away.
37 And going to _be _being _brought _in into the barracks, the Paulos is _saying to _the commander:
- is _it _permitting to _me to _say something to you?
And he was _saying:
You _are _knowing In _Hellaʸn?
38 Consequently are you not the from _Aiguptos/(Miʦrayim), who before these the days, having _upset and having _led _out the four _thousand men of _the assassins into the wilderness?
39 But the Paulos said:
On _one _hand I am a_Youdaiōns a_man, from _Tarsos, of_ the _Kilikia, a_citizen of_an_ not _insignificant city.
On _the _other _hand I _am _beseeching of _you, permit to _me to _speak to the people.
40 And of_ him _having _permitted, the Paulos having _stood on the stairs, gestured with _his hand to _the people, and great silence having _become, he _called _out in _his Hebraios language saying,
