OET (OET-RV) After that, he’ll focus on the coastlands and will capture many, but a commander will end his insolence against him—in fact he’ll cause his insolence to bounce back onto him.

ULT And he will turn his face to the coastlands, and he will capture many. But a commander will end his reproach, that is to him; without his, own reproach, he will return, it to him.

UST The northern king will then attack the regions by the sea, and he will conquer many of them. This will shame the rulers that controlled those regions. But a military commander from another kingdom will defeat him. That will shame the northern king instead.
