5 And _ the _ king_ of_ grow _ strongthe _ south and _ from commanders _ of_ his and _ grow _ strongeron/upon/above _ him/it and _ rule [will _ be]_ a_ dominiongreat realm _ of_ his .
6 And _ at _ end _ ofyears they _ will_ make_ an_ allianceand _ daughter _ ofthe _ king_ ofthe _ south she _ will_ cometo the _ king_ ofthe _ north for _ doing uprightness(es) and _ not she _ will_ retainthe _ power_ ofthe _ arm and _ not he _ will_ standand _ power _ of_ his and _ given _ upshe and _ attendants _ of_ her and _ the _ child _ of_ her and _ supported _ of_ her in/on/at/with _ times .
7 And _ rise _ upfrom _ line _ ofroots _ of_ her place _ of_ his and _ come against the _ army and _ enter in/on/at/with _ fortress _ ofthe _ king_ ofthe _ north and _ take _ actionin/among _ them and _ prevail .
8 And _ also gods _ of_ their with metal _ images_ of_ their with the _ vessels_ ofprecious _ of_ their silver and _ gold in/on/at/with _ captivity he _ will_ takeMiʦrayim/(Egypt) and _ he years he _ will_ standfrom _ king _ ofthe _ north .
9 And _ enter in/on/at/with _ realm of _ the_ king_ ofthe _ south and _ return to land _ of_ his _ own10 And _ sons _ of_ his [fn ] they _ will_ get_ ready_ for_ warand _ assemble a _ multitude_ ofarmies great and _ he _ will_ sweep_ oncertainly _ (go)and _ overflow and _ pass _ throughand _ again and _ wage _ war[fn ] to fortress _ of_ his [fn ] .
11 And _ the _ king_ of_ moved _ with_ ragethe _ south and _ march _ outand _ fight with _ him/it with the _ king_ ofthe _ north and _ raise a _ multitudegreat and _ given the _ multitude in _ his/its _ hand .
12 And _ carried _ offthe _ multitude wwww [fn ] heart _ of_ his and _ overthrow tens _ of_ thousandsand _ not he _ will_ prevail13 And _ the _ king_ of_ again the _ north and _ raise a _ multitudegreat more _ thanthe _ former and _ at _ end _ ofthe _ interval years he _ will_ comecertainly _ (come)in/on/at/with _ army large and _ in/on/at/with _ supplies much .
14 And _ in/on/at/with _ times the _ those many _ [people]they _ will_ ariseon the _ king_ ofthe _ south and _ the _ sonsof _ the_ violent_ ones_ ofpeople _ of_ your _ ownthey _ will_ exalt_ themselvesin _ order_ to_ fulfill [the] _ visionand _ fail .
15 And _ the _ king_ of_ come the _ north and _ throw _ upa _ moundand _ capture a _ city_ offortifications and _ forces _ ofthe _ south not they _ will_ standand _ troops _ ofbest _ of_ their and _ not strength to _ stand .
16 And _ do the _ comes to _ him/it as _ pleases _ of_ he and _ no [one _ who]_ standsagainst _ face/front _ him and _ establish in _ land _ ofthe _ beautiful and _ destruction in/on/at/with _ hand _ of_ his .
17 And _ set his/its _ faces/face to _ come in/on/at/with _ strength _ ofall _ ofhis/its _ kingdom and _ alliance with _ him/it and _ perform and _ daughter _ ofthe _ women he _ will_ giveto _ him/it to _ destroy _ it and _ not it _ will_ standand _ not to _ him/it it _ will_ happen18 And _ turn [fn ] his/its _ faces/face to _ coastlands and _ capture many _ [people]and _ a _ commander_ put _ an_ endinsolence _ of_ his to _ him/it not insolence _ of_ his he _ will_ turn_ backto _ him/it .
19 And _ turn _ backhis/its _ faces/face toward _ fortresses _ ofland _ of_ his _ ownand _ stumble and _ fall and _ not he _ will_ be_ found20 And _ arise on place _ of_ his [one _ who_ will]_ send_ throughan _ oppressor[the] _ splendor_ ofa _ kingdomand _ in/on/at/with _ days one(s) he _ will_ be_ brokenand _ not in/on/at/with _ anger and _ not in/on/at/with _ battle .
21 And _ arise on place _ of_ his [one _ who_ is]_ despicableand _ not people _ had_ givenon/upon/above _ him/it [the] _ honour_ ofroyalty and _ come _ inin/on/at/with _ peace and _ seize royalty in/on/at/with _ intrigue .
22 And _ forces _ ofthe _ flood they _ will_ be_ swept_ awayfrom _ before _ face/front _ him and _ broken and _ also a _ prince_ ofa _ covenant23 And _ from made _ an_ allianceto _ him/it he _ will_ actdeceit and _ he/it _ would_ go_ upand _ power in/on/at/with _ small _ ofa _ nation24 In/on/at/with _ peace and _ in/on/at/with _ richest _ parts_ of[the] _ provincehe _ will_ comeand _ do [that] _ whichnot they _ didfathers _ of_ his and _ fathers _ offathers’ _ of_ his plunder and _ spoil and _ wealth to/for _ them he _ will_ scatterand _ against strongholds he _ will_ planplans _ of_ his and _ unto a _ time25 And _ stir _ uppower _ of_ his and _ courage _ of_ his on the _ king_ ofthe _ south in/on/at/with _ army large and _ king _ ofthe _ south he _ will_ get_ readyfor _ the_ war in/on/at/with _ army large and _ stronger up _ tomuchness and _ not he _ will_ standif/because people _ will_ planon/upon/above _ him/it plans .
26 And _ eat _ ofrations rations _ his destroy _ him and _ army _ of_ his it _ will_ overflowand _ fall slain _ [ones]many .
27 And _ two _ of_ them the _ kings hearts _ of_ their bent _ on_ evil and _ at a _ tableone falsehood they _ will_ speakand _ not it _ will_ succeedif/because yet an _ endat _ the_ appointed _ time28 And _ return land _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ wealth great and _ heart _ of_ his [will _ be]_ on[the] _ covenant_ ofholiness and _ take _ actionand _ return to _ land _ of_ his _ own29 At _ the_ appointed _ timehe _ will_ returnand _ come in/on/at/with _ south and _ not it _ will_ beas _ the_ before and _ as _ the_ outcome .
30 And _ come in _ him/it ships Kittim and _ lose _ heartand _ withdraw and _ enraged towards [the] _ covenant_ ofholiness and _ take _ actionand _ turn _ backand _ pay _ heedon [those _ who]_ abandon_ of(of) _ [the]_ covenant_ ofholiness .
31 And _ forces from _ him/it they _ will_ ariseand _ desecrate the _ temple the _ fortress and _ abolish the _ regular _ burnt_ offeringand _ set _ upthe _ abomination [which] _ desolates32 And _ violate _ of[the] _ covenanthe _ will_ pollutein/on/at/with _ flattery and _ people _ of[which] _ know_ ofhis/its _ god they _ will_ display_ strengthand _ take _ action33 And _ wise _ of[the] _ peoplethey _ will_ give_ understandingto _ the_ many and _ fall in/on/at/with _ sword and _ in/on/at/with _ flame in/on/at/with _ captivity and _ in/on/at/with _ plunder days .
34 And _ in/on/at/with _ fall _ they they _ will_ be_ helpedhelp a _ littleand _ join with _ them many _ [people]in/on/at/with _ hypocrisy .
35 And _ from the _ wise they _ will_ stumbleso _ that_ refined (is) _ in_ them and _ to _ purified and _ to _ cleansed until [the] _ time_ of[the] _ endif/because [it _ is]_ stillat _ the_ appointed _ time36 And _ do as _ pleases _ of_ he the _ king and _ exalt and _ magnify above every _ ofgod and _ against [the] _ god_ ofgods he _ will_ speakextraordinary _ [things]and _ prosper until it _ has_ been_ completedindignation if/because and _ [that_ which_ has_ been]_ determinedit _ will_ be_ done37 And _ for the _ gods_ offathers _ of_ his not he _ will_ pay_ attentionand _ to the _ desire_ ofwomen and _ to any _ ofgod not he _ will_ pay_ attentionif/because above all he _ will_ magnify_ himself38 And _ to _ god _ ofstrongholds on stead _ of_ these he _ will_ honourand _ to _ god which not know _ him fathers _ of_ his he _ will_ honourin/on/at/with _ gold and _ in/on/at/with _ silver and _ in/on/at/with _ stones costly and _ in/on/at/with _ costly _ gifts39 And _ deal with _ mighty _ ones_ ofstrongholds with a _ god_ offoreignness [one] _ whohe _ acknowledges[fn ] he _ will_ increasehonour and _ make _ rulers_ them in/on/at/with _ many and _ land he _ will_ divide_ upin/on/at/with _ price .
40 And _ in/on/at/with _ time _ of[the] _ endhe _ will_ wage_ warwith _ him/it the _ king_ ofthe _ south and _ storm on/upon/above _ him/it the _ king_ ofthe _ north in/on/at/with _ chariots and _ in/on/at/with _ horsemen and _ in/on/at/with _ ships many and _ advance in/on/at/with _ countries and _ flood and _ sweep _ through41 And _ come in _ land the _ beautiful and _ many they _ will_ stumbleand _ these they _ will_ escapefrom _ power _ of_ his ʼEdōm and _ Mōʼāⱱ and _ main _ part_ ofthe _ people_ ofˊAmmōn .
42 And _ stretch _ outhis/its _ hand in/on/at/with _ countries and _ land _ ofMiʦrayim/(Egypt) not it _ will_ becomefor _ escape .
43 And _ gain _ controlin/on/at/with _ treasures _ ofthe _ gold and _ the _ silver and _ in/on/at/with _ all _ ofthe _ precious_ things_ ofMiʦrayim and _ Lūⱱī and _ Kūshiy/(Cushi)tes in/on/at/with _ train _ of_ his .
44 And _ reports alarm _ him from _ east and _ from _ north and _ go _ outin/on/at/with _ fury great to _ destroy and _ to _ annihilate many _ [people]45 And _ pitch the _ tents_ ofroyal _ of_ his between [the] _ seasat _ mountain _ of[the] _ beauty_ ofholiness and _ come to end _ of_ his and _ no a _ helperto _ him/it .
