OET (OET-RV) Using flattery, he will corrupt others who oppose the agreement, But the people who know their god will be strong and will take action.

OET-LV And_those _who_act _wickedly _of the_covenant he _will _pollute with_flattering_words/messages and_a _people _of which_know _of his/its_god they _will _display _strength and_they _will _act.

ULT And he will pollute with flatteries the wicked actors of the covenant. But the people knowing its God, they will be strong and act.
