ULTAnd Jabez called to the God of Israel, saying, “If blessing, you would bless me, and you would enlarge my border, and your hand would be with me, and you would act not, in harm, so as not to pain me!” And God brought what he asked.

USTOne day he prayed to the God whom Israelites worship. He said, “Please bless me greatly and give me more land. Please help me by your power and protect me from harm so that I will not suffer.” And God did what Jabez requested.
