10 You should plant your land and gather its produce for six years,[ref] 11 but in the seventh year you must let the harvest drop and just leave it there and allow the poor people to eat it. Then the animals in the countryside can eat the reminder. You must also do that to your vineyards and your olive orchards.
12 Six days You should work for six days, then on the seventh day you must rest so that your cow and your donkey can rest, and the children of your slaves and the foreigner staying in your land can be refreshed.[ref]
13 Take careful notice of everything that I’ve told you all. You all mustn’t invoke other gods—in fact don’t even mention their names.
Lev 25:1-7:
25:1 The rest year
25 Then on Mt. Sinai, Yahweh told Mosheh:[ref]
2 Tell the Israelis that when you all enter the land that I’m giving you, the land must observe a rest year for Yahweh. 3 You can plant your crops, prune your grapevines, and harvest all its produce for six years, 4 but during the seventh year, you must allow the land to rest to honour Yahweh. You mustn’t plant any crops or prune any grapevines. 5 Don’t systematically harvest the self-sown crops or the grapes from the untrimmed vines. It must be a rest year for the land. 6 However, during the rest year, the land will provide food for you and your servants, and for your hired workers and the foreigners who are living among you, 7 as well as your livestock and the wild animals across the land. Any produce from the land can be eaten.
Exo 20:9-11:
9 there’s six days every week for working.[ref] 10 The seventh day is a rest day for Yahweh your god: you mustn’t do any work—not you, or your children, or your male or female servants, or your cattle, or the foreigners living among you—11 because Yahweh made the heavens and earth, the sea, and everything that’s in them in six days. Then he rested on the seventh day, so that’s why he blessed the rest day and made it sacred.[ref]31:15:
15 There’s six days for working, and then the seventh is a rest day—dedicated to me. Anyone who works on it must certainly be put to death.[ref]
34:21:
21 Each week, you should only work for six days, then you must rest on the seventh day—even during ploughing and harvest times.[ref]
35:2:
2 Every week, you can work for six days, but the seventh day will be a sacred rest day, dedicated to Yahweh. Anyone who works on that day must be put to death.[ref]
Lev 23:3:
The rest day
3 Work for six days, then the seventh is a rest day for a sacred assembly—don’t work on that day—wherever you live it’s a rest day to honour Yahweh.[ref]

Deu 5:13-14:
13 There’s six days for labouring and doing all your work, 14 but the seventh day is a rest day dedicated to your god Yahweh. Don’t do any work on that day: not you or your children or your slaves, or using any of your cattle, nor any foreigner living with you—your slaves can rest like you.
