TSNTyndale Study Notes:

Ps 67 In this anonymous prayer for God’s blessing, the psalmist addresses the knowledge and worship of God among the nations (cp. 64:9; 65:8). The prayer requests that God’s name be kept holy and that his kingdom come (cp. Matt 6:9-13).

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

your ways may be known on earth

(Some words not found in UHB: ʼₑlhīmv gracious,us and, bless,us shine his/its=faces/face upon,us selah )

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “people may know your ways on earth”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis

your salvation among all nations

(Some words not found in UHB: ʼₑlhīmv gracious,us and, bless,us shine his/its=faces/face upon,us selah )

The writer desires for everyone to know that God has the power to save them. This can be made clear in the translation. Alternate translation: “and the people of all nations may know that you have the power to save them” (See also: figs-explicit)
