TSNTyndale Study Notes:

Ps 6 The occasion for this lament might have been sickness or a mental or spiritual depression from which the psalmist sought healing.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns

יְ֝הוָ֗ה & יְ֭הוָה & יְ֝הוָ֗ה

(Some words not found in UHB: wastes_away because_of,grief eyes,my grow_weak in=all foes,my )

Yahweh is mentioned three times in these verses to focus the audience on who has changed the author’s circumstances. However, if repeating a name like this in your culture would not create a similar focus effect you could substitute some with pronouns as in the UST.
