23 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, ‘The appointed times of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim them as assemblies of holiness—these are them, my appointed times. 3 Six days work shall be done, and on the seventh day is a sabbath of sabbaths, a assembly of holiness. You shall not do any work. It is a sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.
4 These are the appointed times of Yahweh, assemblies of holiness which you shall proclaim them in their appointed times. 5 In the first month, on day 14 of the month, between the evenings, is the Passover to Yahweh. 6 And on day 15 of this month is the Festival of Unleavened Bread to Yahweh. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. 7 On the first day there shall be a assembly of holiness for you. You shall not do any work of labor. 8 And you shall present a gift to Yahweh for seven days. On the seventh day is an assembly of holiness. You shall not do any work of labor.’ ”
9 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 10 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, ‘When you enter into the land that I am giving to you, and you harvest its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first of your harvest to the priest. 11 And he shall wave the sheaf to the face of Yahweh for your acceptance. On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. 12 And on the day you raise the sheaf, you shall offer a perfect lamb, a son of its year, as a burnt offering to Yahweh.
13 And its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of flour mixed with oil, a gift to Yahweh, a scent of pleasing, and its drink offering shall be wine, a fourth of a hin. 14 And bread and roasted grain and fresh grain you shall not eat until this same day, until you bring the offering of your God. It is a statute of eternity for your generations in all your dwellings.
15 And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the sabbath, from the day you brought the sheaf of the raised offering, seven sabbaths shall be complete. 16 Until the day after the seventh sabbath you shall count 50 days, and you shall present a new grain offering to Yahweh. 17 From your dwellings you shall bring bread of raising, two loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of flour. They shall be baked with leaven, first fruits to Yahweh.
18 And you shall present with the bread seven perfect male lambs, sons of a year, and one bull, a son of cattle, and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to Yahweh, and their grain offering and their drink offerings, a gift, a scent of pleasing to Yahweh. 19 And you shall offer one male goat as a sin offering and two lambs, sons of a year, as a sacrifice of peace offerings. 20 And the priest shall raise them with the bread of the first fruits as a raised offering to the face of Yahweh, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Yahweh for the priest.
21 And you shall proclaim on this same day: it shall be a assembly of holiness for you. You shall not do any work of labor. It is a statute of eternity in all your dwellings for your generations.
22 And when you harvest the harvest of your land, you shall not finish the edge of your field in your harvesting, and you shall not glean the gleaning of your harvest. For the poor and for the foreigner you shall leave them. I am Yahweh your God.’ ”
23 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 24 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘In the seventh month, on day one of the month, there shall be for you a rest, a memorial of shouting, a assembly of holiness. 25 You shall not do any work of labor, and you shall present a gift to Yahweh.’ ”
26 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 27 “Surely on the tenth of this seventh month, it is the Day of Atonement. It shall be a assembly of holiness for you, and you shall humble your souls, and you shall present a gift to Yahweh. 28 And you shall not do any work on this same day, for it is a Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you to the face of Yahweh your God. 29 For any person who is not humbled on this same day shall be cut off from his people. 30 And any person who does any work on this same day, I will destroy that person from among his people. 31 You shall not do any work. It is a statute of eternity for your generations in all your dwellings. 32 It is a sabbath of sabbaths for you, and you shall humble your souls. On day nine of the month in the evening, from evening until evening, you shall observe your sabbath.’ ”
33 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 34 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘On day 15 of this seventh month is the Feast of Booths for seven days to Yahweh. 35 On the first day is a assembly of holiness. You shall not do any work of labor. 36 For seven days you shall present a gift to Yahweh. On the eighth day there shall be a assembly of holiness for you, and you shall present a gift to Yahweh. It is an assembly. You shall not do any work of labor.
37 These are the appointed times of Yahweh which you shall proclaim as assemblies of holiness, to present a gift to Yahweh: a burnt offering and a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, the thing of a day on its day, 38 besides the sabbaths of Yahweh and besides your gifts and besides all your vows and besides all your freewill offerings that you give to Yahweh.
39 Surely on day 15 of the seventh month, when you gather the produce of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of Yahweh for seven days. On the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. 40 And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the river, and you shall rejoice to the face of Yahweh your God for seven days. 41 And you shall celebrate it as a feast to Yahweh for seven days in the year. It is a statute of eternity for your generations. In the seventh month you shall celebrate it. 42 You shall dwell in booths for seven days. All the native-born in Israel shall dwell in booths, 43 so that your generations may know that I made the sons of Israel dwell in booths when I brought them out from the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.’ ”
44 And Moses declared the appointed times of Yahweh to the sons of Israel.
