Q וְאֻשַּׁ֣ר

ULT Yahweh will preserve him and keep him alive,
 ⇔ and he will be blessed on the earth;
 ⇔ Yahweh will not turn him over to the will of his enemies.

UST Yahweh will protect them and allow them to live for a long time.
