OET (OET-RV) The Israeli leaders tasted some of their provisions, but they didn’t ask Yahweh for advice.

OET-LV And_they _took the_men some_of_their _sustenance and_DOM the _mouth _of YHWH not they _asked.

ULT And the men took from their provisions, but they did not ask the mouth of Yahweh.

UST The Israelite leaders looked at the food that the men from Gibeon had brought with them to see if it was old as they claimed. But the Israelite leaders did not ask Yahweh what they should do.
