 ⇔ “See how the waters are rising from the north
⇔ and becoming an overflowing torrent.
 ⇔ They will overflow the land and its fullness,
⇔ the cities and their inhabitants.
 ⇔ The people will cry out,
⇔ and all who dwell in the land will wail
