5 And _ now like _ flesh _ ofbrothers _ of_ our flesh _ of_ our as _ children _ of_ their children _ of_ our and _ see/lo/see we [are] _ forcing_ into_ slaveryDOM sons _ of_ our and _ DOM daughters _ of_ our to _ slaves and _ there _ aresome _ of_ daughters _ of_ our [are _ being]_ forced_ into_ slaveryand _ not in _ power _ ofhelp _ of_ we and _ fields _ of_ our and _ vineyards _ of_ our belong _ to_ others .
6 And _ it _ glowed/burnedto _ me exceedingly just _ as I _ heardDOM outcry _ of_ their and _ DOM the _ words the _ these .

10 And _ also I brothers _ of_ my and _ servants _ of_ my [are] _ lending(is) _ in_ them money and _ grain let _ us_ abandonplease DOM the _ interest the _ this .
11 Return please to/for _ them as _ the _ day fields _ of_ their vineyards _ of_ their olive _ groves_ of_ their and _ houses _ of_ their and _ one _ hundredthe _ money and _ the _ grain the _ new _ wineand _ the _ oil which you _ all[are] _ lendingin/on/at/with _ them .
12 And _ they _ saidwe _ will_ return_ [it]and _ from _ them not we _ will_ require_ [it]so we _ will_ dojust _ as you [are] _ sayingand _ called DOM the _ priests and _ take _ an_ oath_ them for _ doing as _ the_ promised the _ this .
13 Also folds _ of_ robe_ of_ my I _ shook_ outand _ said thus may _ he_ shake_ outthe _ ʼElohīm DOM every _ ofthe _ man who not he _ will_ carry_ outDOM the _ promise the _ this from _ house _ of_ his and _ from _ possessions _ of_ his and _ so may _ he_ beshaken _ outand _ emptied and _ all _ of_ they _ saidthe _ assembly amen and _ praised DOM YHWH and _ he/it _ madethe _ people as _ the_ promised the _ this .
14 Also from _ day when someone _ appointedDOM _ me to _ be governor _ of_ their in _ land of _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)from _ year _ oftwenty and _ unto year _ ofthirty and _ two of _ ʼArtaḩshashtāʼ the _ king years two _ plusten I and _ brothers _ of_ my the _ food_ ofthe _ governor not I _ ate15 And _ the _ governors the _ former who to/for _ my _ face/front they _ made_ heavyon the _ people and _ they _ tookfrom _ them in/on/at/with _ food and _ wine after silver shekels forty also servants _ of_ their they _ domineeredover the _ people and _ I not I _ didthus from _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ fear_ ofgod .
16 And _ also in/on/at/with _ work _ ofthe _ wall the _ this I _ kept_ holdand _ land not we _ acquiredand _ all servants _ of_ my [were] _ assembledthere on the _ work .
17 And _ the _ Yə hūdī/(Jews) and _ the _ officials one _ hundredand _ fifty person[s] and _ the _ came to _ us from the _ nations which around _ of_ us [were] _ attable _ of_ my .
18 And _ which it _ wasmade for _ day one [was] _ an_ oxone sheep six chosen and _ birds they _ were_ madeto _ me and _ between ten _ ofdays in _ all wine in _ abundance and _ for this the _ food_ ofthe _ governor not I _ soughtif/because it _ was_ heavythe _ burden on the _ people the _ this .
19 Remember to/for _ me god _ of_ my for _ good all that I _ have_ doneon the _ people the _ this .
