13 Every soul to_the_authorities being _above let _be _being _subjected, because/for not there _is authority, except not/lest by god, and the authorities being by god having _been _appointed they _are.
2 So _then the one opposing against _the authority, against _the of_ the _god ordinance has _resisted, and the ones having _resisted, on _themselves judgment will _be _receiving.
3 For/Because the rulers not are a_fear the to _good work, but the to _evil.
And you _are _wanting not to _be _fearing the authority?
The good be _practicing, and you _will _be _having praise from him.
4 For/Because of_god the_servant he _is to _you for the good.
But if the evil you _may _be _practicing, be _fearing, because/for not vainly the sword he _is _bearing, For/Because of_god a_servant he _is, an_avenging for severe _anger to _the one the evil doing.
5 Therefore necessity it _is to _be _being _subjected, not only because _of the severe _anger, but also because _of the conscience.
6 Because _of for this, also taxes you _all _are _finishing, because/for ministers of_god they _are, because/for same thing this persevering.
7 Give _back to _all the obligations:
to _the one the tax, the tax, to _the one the revenue, the revenue, to _the one the respect, the respect, to _the one the honour, the honour.
8 To _no _one nothing be _owing, except not/lest which one _another to _be _loving, because/for the one loving the other, the_law has _fulfilled.
9 For/Because which:
Not you _will _be _committing _adultery:

Not you _will _be _stealing:
not you _will _be _coveting, and if any other command in the message this, is _being _summed _up, in that:
You _will _be _loving the neighbor of _you as yourself.
10 The love to _the one near evil not is _doing, therefore the_fullness of_the_law the love is.
11 And this having _known the time, that the_hour already you _all out _of sleep to _be _raised, because/for now nearer of _us is the salvation, than when first we _believed.
12 The night progressed, and the the_day has _neared.
Therefore we _may _put _away the works of_ the _darkness, and we _may _dress _in the weapons of_ the _light.
13 As in the_day properly we _may _walk, not in _carousing and drunkenness, not in _sexual _intercourse and wantonness, not in _strife and jealousy.
14 But dress _in the master Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) chosen _one /messiah, and for _the flesh provision not be _making, because/for its desires.
