10 Brothers, the indeed good _pleasure the of _my heart, and the petition to the god, because/for them is for salvation.
2 For/Because I _am _testifying to _them that zeal for_god they _are _having, but not according _to knowledge.
3 For/Because not _knowing the of_ the _god righteousness, and their own seeking to _establish, to _the righteousness of_ the _god not they _were _subjected.
4 For/Because the_end of _law is chosen _one /messiah, because/for righteousness to _everyone which believing.
5 For/Because Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) is _writing of _the righteousness which of the_law, that The having _practiced them person, will _be _living by it.
6 But the of faith righteousness thus is _saying:
Not you _may _say in the heart of _you:
Who will _be _going _up into the heaven?
(This is chosen _one /messiah to _bring _down), 7 or:
Who will _be _coming _down into the abyss?
(This is chosen _one /messiah from the_dead to _bring _up).
8 But what it _is _saying?
Near you the message is, in the mouth of _you, and in the heart of _you, this is the message of_ the _faith which we _are _proclaiming.
9 That if you _may _confess with the mouth of _you:
master Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa), and you _may _believe in the heart of _you that the god him raised from the_dead, you _will _be _being _saved.
10 For/Because in_the_heart it _is _being _believed to righteousness, and in_the_mouth it _is _being _confessed to salvation.
11 For/Because is _saying the scripture:
Everyone which believing in him not will _be _being _disgraced.
12 For/Because no there _is distinction between _Youdaios both and Hellaʸn, because/for the same master of _all, being _rich toward all the ones calling him.
13 For/Because everyone that wishfully may _call on _the name of_the_master, will _be _being _saved.
14 Therefore how they _may _call on whom not they _believed?
And how they _may _believe of _whom not they _heard?
And how they _may _hear apart _from proclaiming?
15 And how they _may _proclaim if not they _may _be _sent _out?
As it _has _been _written:
How beautiful are the feet of _the ones good _message _preaching good things.
16 But not all submitted to _the good _message.
For/Because Aʸsaias/(Yəshaˊ^yāh) is _saying:
master, who believed in _the report of _us?
17 Consequently the faith is by hearing, and the hearing by the_message of_chosen _one /messiah.
18 But I _am _asking, not not they _heard?

First Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) is _saying:

All the day, I _stretched _out the hands of _me to a_people disbelieving and speaking _against.
