110 Yahweh told my master, “Sit here on my right

until I defeat your enemies.”

2 Yahweh will expand your power as king outwards from Tsiyyon—

you’ll rule in the middle of your enemies.

3 When you exert your strength in battle,

your people voluntarily follow in full battle dress.

From the place where the dawn is birthed, your youth will be like dew to you.

4 Yahweh has promised, and won’t change his mind:

“You’re a priest forever following the pattern of Malki-Tsedek (Melchizedek).”

5 My master is helping right beside you.

He’ll crush kings once he gets angry.

6 He will judge the nations and fill them with corpses.

He will crush the heads of many countries.

7 He will drink from the stream along the road,

therefore, he’ll be reenergised.
