OET (OET-RV) So she went out and asked her mother what she should ask for. Her mother told her that she should ask for Yohan’s head.

And she said:
The head of _Yōannaʸs the one immersing.

ULT And having gone out, she said to her mother, “What should I ask?”
¶  And she said, “The head of John the Baptist.”

UST So, the young woman left that place and went to her mother, Herodias. She asked her mother, “What should I request?”
¶  Her mother replied, “Request that someone cut off John the Baptizer’s head and give it to you.”
