22 And _ they _ made_ kingof _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem)the _ inhabitants_ ofDOM ʼAḩazyāh son _ of_ his the _ small(sg) in _ place _ of_ himif/because all _ ofthe _ former_ sons it _ had_ killedthe _ marauding_ band which _ came with _ ˊArāⱱī to _ camp and _ ʼAḩazyāh _ he _ became_ kingthe _ son_ ofYə hōrām/(Jehoram) the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) .
2 was _ a_ son_ offorty and _ two year[s] ʼAḩazyāh when _ he _ became _ kingand _ a _ yearone he _ reignedin _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ name _ ofhis/its _ mother was _ ˊAtalyāh the _ daughter_ ofˊĀmə rī .
3 Also he he _ walkedin _ the _ ways_ ofthe _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ if/because his/its _ mother she _ wascounsellor _ of_ his _ female to _ act _ wickedly4 And _ he/it _ madethe _ evil in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH like _ the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ if/because they they _ wereto _ him/it counsellors after the _ death_ ofhis/its _ father to _ destruction to _ him/it .
5 Also in _ their _ of_ counsel he _ walkedand _ he/it _ wentwith Yə hōrām the _ son_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) for _ battle on Ḩₐzāʼēl the _ king_ ofʼArām at gilˊād and _ they _ woundedthe _ ʼArām DOM Yə hōrām/(Joram) .
6 And _ he _ returnedto _ get _ himself_ healedin _ Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) if/because the _ wounds which they _ had _ wounded_ himat _ Rāmāh when _ he _ fought with Ḩₐzāʼēl the _ king_ ofʼArām and _ ˊAzaryāh the _ son_ ofYə hōrām the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh he _ went_ downto _ see DOM Yə hōrām the _ son_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ in _ Yizrə ˊʼēl /(Jezreel) if/because was _ sickhe .
7 And _ from _ god it _ wasthe _ downfall_ ofʼAḩazyāh by _ going to Yə hōrām and _ when _ he _ went he _ went_ outwith Yə hōrām/(Jehoram) to Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) the _ son_ ofNimshiy whom he _ had _ anointed_ himYHWH to _ cut _ offDOM the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ .
8 And _ he/it _ wasjust _ as _ entered_ into_ judgementYēhūʼ with the _ house_ ofʼAḩʼāⱱ and _ he _ foundDOM the _ officials_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ the _ sonsof _ the_ brothers_ ofof _ ʼAḩazyāh serving (to) _ ʼAḩazyāh and _ he _ killed _ them9 And _ he/it _ soughtDOM ʼAḩazyāh and _ people _ captured _ himand _ he was _ hiding_ himselfin _ Shomrōn and _ they _ brought _ himto Yēhūʼ and _ they _ put _ him_ to_ deathand _ they _ buried _ himif/because they _ saidwas _ the_ son_ ofYə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) he who he _ soughtDOM YHWH in _ all heart _ of_ his and _ there _ is _ notto _ the _ house_ ofʼAḩazyāh to _ retain strength for _ kingship .
10 And _ ˊAtalyāh the _ mother_ ofʼAḩazyāh she _ sawif/because _ thathe _ was_ deadson _ of_ her and _ she/it _ aroseand _ she _ destroyedDOM all _ ofthe _ offspring_ of(the) _ royalty of _ the _ house_ ofof _ Yə hūdāh11 And _ Yə hōshaⱱˊat/(Jehoshabeath) _ she/it _ tookthe _ daughter_ ofthe _ king DOM Yōʼāsh/(Joash) the _ son_ ofʼAḩazyāh and _ she _ stoleDOM _ him/it from _ among _ ofthe _ sons_ ofthe _ king who _ were _ about_ to_ be_ put_ to_ deathand _ she/it _ gaveDOM _ him/it and _ DOM nurse _ of_ his in _ the _ chamber_ ofthe _ bedsand _ she _ hid _ himYə hōshaⱱˊat/(Jehoshabeath) the _ daughter_ ofthe _ king Yə hōrām/(Jehoram) the _ wife_ ofYə hōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) the _ priest/officer if/because she she _ wasthe _ sister_ ofʼAḩazyāh from _ face/in _ front_ ofˊAtalyāh and _ not she _ put _ him_ to_ death12 And _ he/it _ waswith _ them in _ house _ ofthe _ ʼElohīm hiding _ himselfsix years and _ ˊAtalyāh was _ reigningover the _ earth/land .
