3 And _ ʼAḩʼāⱱ _ he/it _ saidthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) to Yə hōshāfāţ the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) go with _ me Rāʼmōt Gilˊād and _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it so _ I as _ you and _ as _ people _ of_ your people _ of_ my and _ with _ you in/on/at/with _ war .
4 And _ Yə hōshāfāţ _ he/it _ saidto the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) seek please as _ the_ day DOM the _ word_ ofYHWH 5 And _ the _ king_ of_ gathered of _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)DOM the _ prophets four hundred(s) man and _ he/it _ saidto _ them go against Rāʼmōt Gilˊād to _ the_ battle or will _ I_ refrainand _ they _ saidgo _ upand _ give the _ ʼElohīm in/on/at/with _ hand _ ofthe _ king .
6 And _ Yə hōshāfāţ _ he/it _ saidnot here a _ prophetto/for _ YHWH still and _ inquire of _ DOM _ him .
7 And _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ saidof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)to Yə hōshāfāţ still a _ manone to _ inquire _ ofDOM YHWH by _ DOM _ whom and _ I hate _ him if/because never _ he [is] _ prophesyingabout _ me for _ good if/because all _ ofhis/its _ days for _ disaster he [is] _ Micaiahthe _ son_ ofYimlāʼ/(Imlah) and _ Yə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) _ he/it _ saidnot let _ him_ speakthe _ king thus .
8 And _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ calledof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)(to) a _ court-officialone and _ he/it _ saidbring _ quicklyMicaiah [fn ] the _ son_ ofYimlāʼ .
9 And _ king _ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ Yə hōshāfāţ the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) [were] _ sittingeach on throne _ of_ their [they _ were]_ clothedgarments and _ sitting in/on/at/with _ threshing _ floorthe _ entrance_ ofthe _ gate_ ofShomrōn and _ all the _ prophets [were] _ prophesyingin _ front _ of_ them .
10 And _ he/it _ madeto _ him/it Tsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) the _ son_ ofə naˊₐnāh/(Chenaanah) horns _ ofiron [fn ] and _ he/it _ saidthus YHWH he _ saysin/on/at/with _ these you _ will_ goreDOM ʼArām until destroyed _ they .
11 And _ all the _ prophets [were] _ prophesyingthus to _ say go _ upRāʼmōt Gilˊād and _ triumph and _ he/it _ gaveYHWH in/on/at/with _ hand _ ofthe _ king .
12 And _ the _ messenger who he _ had_ goneto _ call to _ Micaiah he _ spoketo _ him/it to _ say here the _ words_ ofthe _ prophets [are] _ a_ mouthone good concerning the _ king and _ let _ it_ beplease word _ of_ your like _ one from _ them and _ speak good .
13 And _ Micaiah _ he/it _ said[by] _ the_ lifeof _ YHWH if/because DOM [that] _ whichhe _ will_ saygod _ of_ my DOM _ him/it I _ will_ speak14 And _ come to the _ king and _ he/it _ saidthe _ king to _ him/it Oh _ Mīkāhgo against Rāʼmōt Gilˊād to _ the_ war or will _ I_ refrainand _ he/it _ saidgo _ upand _ triumph and _ given in/on/at/with _ hand _ of_ your _ all’s15 And _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it the _ king until as _ the _ how_ manytimes [will] _ Iswear _ of_ you (cmp) not you _ will_ speakto _ me only truth in/on _ name _ ofYHWH 16 And _ he/it _ saidI _ sawDOM all _ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) scattered on the _ mountains like _ the_ sheep which there _ [is]_ nothave _ them a _ shepherdand _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidnot masters have _ these let _ them_ returneach to _ home _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ peace .
17 And _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ saidof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)to Yə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) not did _ I_ sayto _ you not he _ prophesiesabout _ me good if/because (if) for _ disaster .
18 and _ he/it _ saidfor _ so/thus/hence hear the _ word_ ofYHWH I _ sawDOM YHWH sitting on throne _ of_ his and _ all the _ host_ ofthe _ heavens standing on right _ of_ his and _ left _ of_ his .
19 And _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidwho will _ he_ deceiveDOM ʼAḩʼāⱱ the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ go _ upand _ fall in/on/at/with _ Rāʼmōt- gilead and _ he/it _ saidthis _ [one][was] _ sayingthus and _ this [was] _ sayingthus .
20 And _ he/it _ went_ outthe _ spirit and _ stood to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH and _ he/it _ saidI entice _ him and _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it in/on/at/with _ what .
21 And _ he/it _ saidI _ will_ go_ outand _ I _ will_ beto/for _ wind/breath/spirit falsehood in/on/at/with _ mouth _ ofall _ ofprophets _ of_ his and _ he/it _ saidyou _ will_ deceiveand _ also you _ will_ prevailgo _ outand _ do thus .
22 And _ now here he _ has_ putYHWH a _ spirit_ offalsehood in/on/at/with _ mouth _ ofprophets _ of_ your these and _ YHWH he _ has_ spokenagainst _ you calamity .
23 and _ Tsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) _ came _ nearthe _ son_ ofə naˊₐnāh/(Chenaanah) and _ struck DOM Micaiah on the _ cheek and _ he/it _ saidwhere this the _ way [which] _ it_ passed_ onthe _ spirit_ ofYHWH from _ with _ me to _ speak DOM _ you .
24 And _ Micaiah _ he/it _ saidsee _ you [are] _ about_ to_ seein _ the_ day (the) _ that when you _ will_ goa _ roomin/on/at/with _ room to _ hide .
25 And _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ saidof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)take DOM Micaiah and _ return _ him to ʼĀmōn the _ official_ ofthe _ city and _ near/to Yōʼāsh/(Joash) the _ son_ ofthe _ king’s .
26 And _ say thus he _ saysthe _ king put this _ [one]the _ house_ ofthe _ prison and _ feed _ him bread oppression and _ water oppression until return _ I in/on/at/with _ peace .
27 And _ Micaiah _ he/it _ saidif ever _ (return)you _ will_ returnin/on/at/with _ peace not he _ has_ spokenYHWH in/on/at/with _ me and _ he/it _ saidlisten Oh _ peoplesall _ of_ them .
28 and _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ ascendedof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)and _ Yə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) against Rāʼmōt Gilˊād .
29 And _ the _ king_ of_ he/it _ saidof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)to Yə hōshāfāţ I _ will_ disguise_ myselfand _ go in/on/at/with _ battle and _ you(ms) wear robes _ of_ your and _ the _ king_ of_ disguised of _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)and _ they _ camein/on/at/with _ battle .
30 And _ king _ ofʼArām he _ had_ commandedDOM the _ commanders_ ofthe _ chariots which to _ him/it to _ say not you _ all_ must_ do_ battlewith the _ small(sg) with the _ great if/because (if) with the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) for _ him/it _ being _ alone31 And _ he/it _ waswhen _ saw the _ commanders_ ofthe _ chariots DOM Yə hōshāfāţ and _ they they _ said[is] _ the_ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) it and _ turned on/upon/above _ him/it to _ fight and _ Yə hōshāfāţ _ cried _ outand _ YHWH helped _ him and _ drew _ away_ them god from _ him .
32 And _ he/it _ waswhen _ saw the _ commanders_ ofthe _ chariots if/because _ thatnot it _ wasthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ turned _ backfrom _ pursuing _ him .
33 And _ man he _ drewin/on/at/with _ bow at _ random _ of_ his and _ struck DOM the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) between the _ scale _ armorand _ between the _ armor and _ he/it _ saidto _ the_ chariot _ driverturn _ aroundhand _ of_ you [fn ] and _ take _ out_ me from the _ battle if/because I _ have_ been_ wounded34 And _ raged the _ battle in _ the_ day (the) _ that and _ king _ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) he _ washolding _ uprightin/on/at/with _ chariot opposite _ toʼArām until the _ evening and _ he/it _ diedat _ time was _ goingthe _ sun .
