13 And_he_answered _them the_king hard and_he _abandoned the_king Rəḩaⱱˊām DOM the _counsel _of the _elders.

14 And_he/it _spoke to_them according_to _the _counsel _of the_youths to_say I _will _make _heavy DOM yoke _of_your(pl) and_I I _will _add on/upon/above_him/it father _of_my he _disciplined you(pl) with_whips and_I with_scorpions.

15 And_not he _listened the_king to the_people if/because it _was a _turn _of _affairs from_with the_ʼElohīm so _as YHWH to _establish DOM message _of_his which he _had _spoken by_the _hand _of ʼAḩiy^yāh the_Shilōnī to Yārāⱱəˊām the _son _of Neⱱaţ.
