4 And _ he/it _ wasafter so [fn ] it _ waswith the _ heart_ ofYōʼāsh to _ restore DOM the _ house_ ofYHWH 5 And _ gathered DOM the _ priests and _ the _ Lēviyyiy and _ he/it _ saidto/for _ them go _ outto _ cities _ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ collect from _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) money to _ repair DOM the _ house_ ofgod _ of_ your _ all’sfrom _ sufficiency a _ yearin/on/at/with _ year and _ you _ allyou _ all_ will_ do_ quicklyto _ the _ word/thing/matterand _ not they _ acted_ quicklythe _ Lēviyyiy .
6 And _ he/it _ calledthe _ king for _ Yə hōyādāˊ the _ chief and _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it why not have _ you_ requiredon the _ Lēviyyiy to _ bring from _ Yə hūdāh and _ from _ Yə rūshālam DOM the _ tax_ ofMosheh the _ servant_ ofYHWH and _ the _ assembly of _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) for _ tent _ ofthe _ transcript .

14 And _ when _ finished _ they they _ broughtto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ king and _ Yə hōyādāˊ DOM the _ remainder_ ofthe _ money and _ made _ it articles for _ house _ ofYHWH articles _ ofservice and _ burnt _ offeringsand _ dishes and _ objects _ ofgold and _ silver and _ they _ wereoffering _ upburnt _ offeringsin _ house _ ofYHWH continually all _ ofthe _ days_ ofYə hōyādāˊ .
15 and _ Yə hōyādāˊ _ grew _ oldand _ full _ ofdays and _ he/it _ dieda _ son_ ofone _ hundredand _ thirty year[s] in/on/at/with _ death _ of_ his .
16 And _ buried _ him in/on/at/with _ city _ ofDāvid with the _ kings if/because he _ had_ donegood in/on/at/with _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ to the _ ʼElohīm and _ his/its _ house(hold) .
17 and _ after the _ death_ ofYə hōyādāˊ the _ leaders_ ofthey _ cameof _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)and _ paid _ homageto/for _ the _ kingthen he _ listenedthe _ king to _ them .
18 And _ abandoned DOM the _ house_ ofYHWH the _ god_ ofancestors _ of_ their and _ served DOM the _ ʼₐshērāh _ polesand _ DOM the _ idols and _ he/it _ wassevere _ angertowards Yə hūdāh and _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) in/on/at/with _ guilt _ of_ theirs this .
19 And _ sent (is) _ in_ them prophets to _ bring _ back_ them to YHWH and _ testified in/on/at/with _ them and _ not they _ gave_ ear20 and _ spirit god it _ clothedDOM Zə karyāh the _ son_ ofYə hōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) the _ priest/officer and _ stood from _ under to _ the_ people and _ he/it _ saidto/for _ them thus he _ saysthe _ ʼElohīm to/for _ why [are] _ you_ alltransgressing DOM the _ commandments_ ofYHWH and _ not you _ all_ will_ prosperif/because you _ all_ have_ abandonedDOM YHWH and _ abandoned DOM _ you _ all21 And _ conspired on/upon/above _ him/it and _ stoned _ him stone[s] in/on/at/with _ command _ ofthe _ king in/on/at/with _ courtyard _ ofthe _ house_ ofYHWH 22 And _ not Yōʼāsh/(Joash) he _ rememberedthe _ king the _ kindness which Yə hōyādāˊ he _ had_ donehis/its _ father with _ him/it and _ killed DOM his/its _ son and _ as _ dying _ he he _ saidmay _ he_ seeYHWH and _ avenge .
23 and _ he/it _ wasat _ turn _ ofthe _ year it _ came_ upon/upon/above _ him/it the _ army_ ofʼArām and _ they _ cameto Yə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ Yə rūshālam and _ destroyed DOM all _ ofthe _ leaders_ ofthe _ people from _ among_ people and _ all plunder _ of_ their they _ sentto _ king _ ofDammeseq .
24 If/because in/on/at/with _ few _ ofmen they _ camethe _ army_ ofʼArām and _ YHWH he _ gavein/on/at/with _ hand _ of_ their an _ armyto _ increase _ in_ numberexceedingly if/because they _ had_ abandonedDOM YHWH the _ god_ ofancestors _ of_ their and _ DOM Yōʼāsh they _ didjudgement(s) .
25 And _ in/on/at/with _ departed _ they from _ him/it if/because they _ had_ leftDOM _ him/it in/on/at/with _ wounded [fn ] great they _ conspiredon/upon/above _ him/it servants _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ blood _ ofthe _ sons_ ofYə hōyādāˊ/(Jehoiada) the _ priest/officer and _ killed _ him on bed _ of_ his and _ he/it _ diedand _ buried _ him in/on/at/with _ city _ ofDāvid and _ not bury _ him in/on/at/with _ tombs _ ofthe _ kings .
26 and _ these the _ conspired on/upon/above _ him/it Zabad the _ son_ ofShimeath the _ ˊAmmōnī and _ Jehozabad the _ son_ ofShimrith the _ Mōʼāⱱite .
27 And _ sons _ of_ his and [fn ] the _ oracles on/upon/above _ him/it and _ rebuilding of _ the_ house_ ofthe _ ʼElohīm see _ they [are] _ writtenon the _ record_ ofthe _ scroll_ ofthe _ kings and _ ʼAmaʦyāh _ became _ kingson _ of_ his in _ place_ his .
