10 And _ dismissed _ them ʼAmaʦyāh to _ the _ troops which it _ had_ cometo _ him/it from _ ʼEfrayim to _ go to _ home _ of_ their anger _ of_ they and _ it _ glowed/burnedexceedingly in/on/at/with _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ returned to _ home _ of_ their in/on/at/with _ fierce _ ofanger .
11 and _ ʼAmaʦyāh he _ strengthened_ himselfand _ led DOM people _ of_ his and _ he/it _ wentthe _Valley _ ofSalt and _ struck _ downDOM the _ people_ ofSēˊīr ten _ ofthousand(s) .
12 And _ ten _ ofthousand(s) alive the _ people_ ofthey _ took_ captiveof _ Yə hūdāhand _ took _ them to _ top _ ofthe _ cliff and _ threw _ down_ them from _ top _ ofthe _ rock and _ all _ of_ them they _ were_ split_ open13 and _ the _ sonsthe _ troops which he _ had_ turned_ backʼAmaʦyāh from _ go with _ him/it to _ the_ battle and _ raided in/on/at/with _ cities _ ofYə hūdāh from _ Shomrōn and _ unto Bēyt Ḩōrōn and _ struck _ downfrom _ them three _ ofthousand(s) and _ took plunder much .
14 and _ he/it _ wasafter came ʼAmaʦyāh from _ slaughtering DOM [the] _ ʼEdōmitesand _ he/it _ broughtDOM the _ gods_ ofthe _ people_ ofSēˊīr and _ set _ up_ them to _ him/it as _ gods and _ before _ face/front _ them he _ bowed_ downand _ to _ them he _ made_ smoke15 And _ it _ glowed/burnedthe _ angerof _ YHWH in/on/at/with _ ʼAmaʦyāh and _ sent to _ him/it a _ prophetand _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it to/for _ what have _ you_ soughtDOM the _ gods_ ofthe _ people’s which not they _ deliveredDOM people _ of_ their _ ownfrom _ your(ms) _ hand .
16 And _ he/it _ wasin/on/at/with _ speaking _ he to _ him/it and _ he/it _ saidto _ him/it the _ as _ counselor to/for _ the _ kingappointed _ you cease to/for _ yourself(m) to/for _ what struck _ down_ you and _ stopped the _ prophet and _ he/it _ saidI _ knowif/because _ thathe _ has_ plannedgod to _ destroy _ you if/because you _ have_ donethis and _ not you _ have_ listenedto _ advice _ of_ my .
17 and _ ʼAmaʦyāh _ took _ counselthe _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ sent to Yōʼāsh/(Joash) the _ son_ ofYə hōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) the _ son_ ofYēhūʼ/(Jehu) the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) to _ say wwww [fn ] let _ us_ look_ at_ one_ anotherfaces .
18 And _ Yōʼāsh _ sent the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) to ʼAmaʦyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh to _ say the _ thistle which in/on/at/with _ Lə ⱱānōn it _ sentto the _ cedar which in/on/at/with _ Lə ⱱānōn to _ say give DOM daughter _ of_ your to _ son _ of_ my to/for _ (a) _ womanand _ the _ animal_ of_ passed _ bythe _ field which in/on/at/with _ Lə ⱱānōn and _ trampled DOM the _ thistle .

20 And _ not ʼAmaʦyāh he _ listenedif/because from _ the _ god it so _ asgive _ them in/on/at/with _ hand if/because they _ had_ soughtDOM the _ gods_ ofʼEdōm .
21 And _ Yōʼāsh _ he/it _ ascendedthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ met faces he and _ ʼAmaʦyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh in _ house _ ofshemesh which belongs _ to_ Yə hūdāh .
22 And _ Yə hūdāh _ defeated to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ fled each to _ tent _ of_ his .
23 And _ DOM ʼAmaʦyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) the _ son_ ofYōʼāsh/(Joash) the _ son_ ofYə hōʼāḩāz/(Jehoahaz) Yōʼāsh he _ seizedthe _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) in _ house _ ofshemesh and _ brought _ him Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ broke _ downin/on/at/with _ wall _ ofYə rūshālam from _ gate _ ofʼEfrayim to the _ gate_ ofthe _ corner four hundred(s) cubit[s] .
24 And _ all the _ gold and _ the _ silver and _ DOM all _ ofthe _ vessels the _ found in _ house _ ofthe _ ʼElohīm with ˊŌⱱēd- ʼEdōm and _ DOM the _ treasures_ ofthe _ house_ ofthe _ king and _ DOM the _ sons_ ofthe _ hostages and _ returned Shomrōn .
25 and _ ʼAmaʦyāh _ he/it _ livedthe _ son_ ofYōʼāsh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh after the _ death_ ofYōʼāsh the _ son_ ofYə hōʼāḩāz the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) fif- teen year[s] .
26 And _ rest _ ofthe _ matters_ ofʼAmaʦyāh the _ first and _ the _ last not see _ they written on the _ scroll_ ofthe _ kings_ ofYə hūdāh and _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
27 And _ from _ time when he _ turned_ asideʼAmaʦyāh from _ following YHWH and _ formed on/upon/above _ him/it a _ conspiracyin/on/at/with _ Yə rūshālam and _ fled Lākīsh _ to and _ sent after _ him Lākīsh _ to and _ killed _ him there .
28 And _ brought _ him on the _ horses and _ buried DOM _ him/it with fathers _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ city _ ofYə hūdāh .
