15 And _ arose the _ men who they _ had_ been_ designatedin/on/at/with _ name and _ took in/on/at/with _ captives and _ all naked _ their they _ clothedfrom the _ plunder and _ clothed _ them and _ gave _ sandals_ them and _ food _ them and _ drink _ them and _ anointed _ them and _ carrying _ them in/on/at/with _ donkeys to/from _ all/each/any/every [one _ who]_ stumbledand _ brought _ them Yə rīḩō/(Jericho) (a) _ citythe _ palm _ treesbeside brothers _ their and _ returned Shomrōn .

19 If/because he _ had_ humbledYHWH DOM Yə hūdāh in _ account _ ofʼĀḩāzz the _ kingof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)if/because he _ had_ allowed_ lack_ of_ restraintin/on/at/with _ Yə hūdāh and _ to _ be_ unfaithfulunfaithfulness in/on/at/with _ LORD .
20 And _ came on/upon/above _ him/it wwww wwww the _ kingof _ Assyriaand _ he/it _ laid_ siegeto _ him/it and _ not strengthening _ him .
21 If/because he _ had_ plunderedʼĀḩāzz DOM the _ houseof _ YHWH and _ DOM the _ housethe _ king and _ the _ princes and _ he/it _ gaveto _ king of _ Assyriaand _ not as _ help to _ him/it .
22 And _ in/on/at/with _ time harassed to _ him/it and _ became _ moreto _ unfaithful in/on/at/with _ LORD that the _ king ʼĀḩāzz .
23 And _ he/it _ sacrificedto _ gods of _ Dammeseqthe _ defeated in/on/over _ him/it and _ he/it _ saidif/because the _ godsof _ the_ kingsof _ ʼArāmthey [are] _ helpingDOM _ them to/for _ them I _ will_ sacrificeand _ help _ me and _ they they _ becameto _ him/it to _ downfall _ him and _ to/for _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
