OET-LV For/Because there _is not hidden, if not in _order _that it _may _be _revealed, and _not it _became a_secret, but in _order _that it _may _come to manifest.

ULT For it is not hidden except so that it might be revealed, nor has it become secret except so that it might come into visibility.

UST Here is what I mean: some things are secret, but that is only because God will eventually let everyone know about them.
