4 And again he _began to _be _teaching beside the sea.
And a_ very _great _crowd is _being _gathered _together to him, so _that him having _boarded into the boat, to _be _sitting in the sea, and all the crowd were on the land to the sea.
2 And he _was _teaching them many things in parables, and was _saying to _them in the teaching of _him, 3 Be _hearing.
Behold, the one sowing came _out to _sow.
4 And it _became at the time to _be _sowing, some indeed fell along the road, and the birds came and devoured it.
5 And other fell on the rocky place and where it _was_ not _having much soil, and immediately sprang _up because _of the to_ not _be _having depth of _soil, 6 and when the sun rose, it _was _scorched and because _of the depth to _be _having no root, it _was _withered.
7 And other fell among the thorns, and the thorns went _up and choked it and it_ not _gave fruit.
8 And others fell on the the good soil, and it _was _giving fruit, going _up and being _grown, and it _was _bearing in thirty, and in sixty, and in a_hundred.
9 And he _was _saying:
Who is _having ears to _be _hearing, let _him _be _hearing.
10 And when he _became down/against/according _to alone, they with the twelve about him were _asking him the parables.
11 And he _was _saying to _them:
The mystery of _the kingdom of_ the _god has _been _given to _you _all, but to _those who are outside, all the things is _becoming in parables, 12 in _order _that seeing, they _may _be _seeing and may_ not _perceive, and hearing, they _may _be _hearing and may_ not _be _understanding, lest they _may _turn _back and it _may _be _forgiven to _them.
13 And he _is _saying to _them:
You _all _have_ not _known the this parable, and how ˓will˒_you _all _be _knowing all the parables?
14 The one sowing is _sowing the message.
15 And these are the ones along the road where the message is _being _sown, and whenever they _may _hear, the Satan/(Sāţān) immediately is _coming and is _carrying the message which having _been _sown in them.
16 And these are likewise the ones being _sown on the rocky places, who whenever they _may _hear the message, are _receiving it immediately with joy, 17 and they _are_ not _having root in themselves, but are temporary, thereafter tribulation or persecution having _become because _of the message, immediately they _are _being _stumbled.
18 And others are the ones being _sown among the thorns, these are the ones having _heard the message, 19 and the worries of _the age, and the seduction of _the riches, and the desires for the other things entering _in, are _choking the message and it _is _becoming unfruitful.
20 And those are the ones having _been _sown on the the good soil, who are _hearing the message and are _accepting it and are _bearing _fruit, in thirty, and in sixty, and in a_hundred.
21 And he _was _saying to _them:
Surely _not the lamp is _coming, in _order _that it _may _be _put under the basket or under the bed?
Not in _order _that it _may _be _put on the lampstand?
22 For/Because there _is not hidden, if not in _order _that it _may _be _revealed, and _not it _became a_secret, but in _order _that it _may _come to manifest.
23 If anyone is _having ears to _be _hearing, let _him _be _hearing.
24 And he _was _saying to _them:
Be _watching _out what you _all _are _hearing.
With what measure you _all _are _measuring, it _will _be _being _measured to _you _all and it _will _be _being _added to _you _all.
25 For/Because whoever is _having, it _will _be _being _given to _him, and who is_ not _having, even what he _is _having will _be _being _taken _away from him.
26 And he _was _saying:
Thus is the kingdom of_ the _god:
as a_man may _throw the seed on the earth, 27 and he _may _be _sleeping and may _be _being _raised night and day, and the seed may _be _sprouting and may _be _growing, he has_ not _known how.
28 The earth is _bearing _fruit automatic:
first a_blade, thereafter a_head _of _grain, thereafter full grain in the head _of _grain.
29 But whenever it _may _give _over the fruit, immediately he _is _sending _out the sickle because the harvest has _presented.
30 And he _was _saying:
How may _we _liken the kingdom of_ the _god, or with what parable may _we _present it?
31 As to_a_seed of _mustard, which whenever it _may _be _sown on the earth, being smaller than all the seeds which on the earth, 32 and whenever it _may _be _sown, is _going _up and is _becoming greater than all the garden _plants, and is _producing great branches, so _that the birds of _the sky to _be _able to _be _nesting under the shadow of _it.
33 And with_ many _such parables, he _was _speaking the message to _them, as they _were _able to _be _hearing, 34 and he _was_ not _speaking without parable to _them, by but himself to _his own apprentices/followers, he _was _explaining all things.
35 And he _is _saying to _them on that the day having _become evening:
We _may _pass _through to the side across.
36 And having _sent _away the crowd, they _are _taking him as he _was in the boat.
And other boats was with him.
37 And a_storm of_ great _wind is _becoming, and the waves was _breaking _down into the boat, so _that already the boat to _be _being _filled.
38 And he was in the stern, sleeping on the cushion.
And they _are _awaking him and are _saying to _him:
Teacher, is_ not _caring to _you that we _are _perishing?
39 And having _been _awoke, he _gave _rebuke to _the wind and said to _the sea:
Be _keeping _silent, be _silenced.
And the wind died _down and became a_ great _calm.
40 And he _said to _them:
Why are _you _all fearful?
You _all _are_ not _yet _having faith?
41 And they _were _afraid with_ great _fear and they _were _saying to one _another:
Who consequently is this, that both the wind and the sea is _submitting to _him?
