OET (OET-RV) but as it was written: ⇔ ‘Anyone who hasn’t been told about him, ⇔  they will be seeing, ⇔ and anyone who hasn’t heard about him, ⇔  they will be understanding.’

OET-LV but as it _has _been _written:
To _whom not it _was _declared concerning him, they _will _be _seeing, and those _who not have _heard, they _will _be _understanding.

ULT But just as it is written: ⇔ “Those to whom it was not reported concerning him will see, ⇔ and those who have not heard will understand.”
