1 Paulos, an_ambassador of_chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa), by the_will of_god, according _to promise of _life which in chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous, 2 to _Timotheos beloved child:
grace, mercy, peace, from god the_father and chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous the master of _us.
3 I _am _having thankfulness to_ the _god, unto _whom I _am _serving from ^my_parents with a_pure conscience, as I _am _having the unceasing mentioning for you in the petitions of _me, night and day, 4 longing to _see you, having _remembered of _the tears of _you, in _order _that I _may _be _filled with _joy, 5 having _taken remembrance of _the unhypocritical faith in you, which dwelt first in the grandmother of _you, Lōis, and in _the mother of _you, Eunikaʸ, and I _have _been _persuaded that also in you it _is.
6 For/Because which cause I _am _reminding you to _be _rekindling the gift of_ the _god, which is in you by the laying _on of _the hands of _me.
7 For/Because the god not gave to _us a_spirit of _fear, but of _power, and of _love, and of _sensibility.
8 Therefore may_ not _be _ashamed the testimony of _the master of _us, nor me, the prisoner of _him, but suffer _together for _the good _message, according _to the_power of_god, 9 the one having _saved us, and having _called with_a_calling holy, not according _to the works of _us, but according _to ^his_own purpose and grace, which having _been _given to _us in chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) before eternal times, 10 but having _been _revealed now, by the appearing of _the saviour of _us, chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous, having _nullified on _one _hand the death, on _the _other _hand having _illuminated life and indestructibility through the good _message, 11 to which I was _appointed a_proclaimer, and an_ambassador, and a_teacher.
12 For/Because which cause I _am_ also _suffering these things, but I _am_ not _being _ashamed, because/for I _have _known in _whom I _have _believed, and I _have _been _persuaded that he _is powerful to _guard the deposit of _me for that the day.
13 Be _having the_pattern of _being _sound messages, which you _heard from me, in faith and love which in chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous.
14 Keep the good deposit, by the_ holy _spirit which dwelling in us.
15 You _have _known this, that all who are in the Asia were _turned _away from _me, of _whom is Fugelos and Hermogenaʸs.
16 The master might _give mercy to _the household of _Onaʸsiforos, because he_ often _refreshed me, and was_ not _ashamed the chain of _me, 17 but having _become in Ɽōmaʸ, he_ earnestly _sought me and found 18 (the master might _give to _him to _find mercy from the_master in that the day), and as _much _as he _served in Efesos, you are _knowing better.
