2 You therefore, child of _me, be _being _strengthened in the grace which in chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa).
2 And the things you _heard from me through many witnesses, entrust these to _faithful people who will _be worthy to _teach others also.
3 Suffer _together as a_good soldier of_chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous.
4 No _one soldiering is _being _entangled with _the affairs of_ the _living, in _order _that he _may _bring _pleasure to _the one having _enlisted him.
5 And also if anyone may _be _competing, not is _being _crowned, if he _may_ not _compete lawfully.
6 It _is _fitting the labouring farmer to _be _partaking first of _the fruits.
7 Be _understanding what I _am _saying, because/for the master will _be _giving insight to _you in all things.
8 Be _remembering Yaʸsous chosen _one /messiah, having _been _raised from the_dead, of the_seed of _Dawid/(Dāvid), according _to the good _message of _me, 9 in which I _am _suffering _hardship unto bonds as a_criminal.
But the message of_ the _god has_ not _˓been˒_bound.
10 Because _of this, I _am _enduring all things because _of the chosen ones, in _order _that they also may _obtain of _salvation which in chosen _one /messiah Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) with eternal glory.
11 The saying is trustworthy:
For/Because if we _died _together with _him, we_˓will˒_ also _be _living _together with _him, 12 if we _are _enduring, we_˓will˒_ also _be _reigning _with him, if we _will _be _disowning him, also _that one will _be _disowning us, 13 if we _are _disbelieving, that one is _remaining faithful, because/for he _is_ not _able to _disown himself.
14 Be _reminding them these things, testifying before the god, to_ not _be _quibbling _about _messages against nothing useful, to the_ruin of _the ones hearing.
15 Be _earnest to _present yourself approved to_ the _god, a_worker unashamed, cutting _straight the message of_ the _truth.
16 And be _avoiding the profane empty _babblings, because/for they _will _be _progressing on more of _ungodliness, 17 and the message of _them will _be _having spreading as gangrene, of _whom is Humenaios, and Filaʸtos, 18 who deviated concerning the truth, saying the the_resurrection already to _have _become, and are _overturning the faith of _some.
19 However the solid foundation of_ the _god has _stood, having the this seal:
The_master knew the ones being of _him, and, let_ everyone - naming the name of_the_master _Withdraw from unrighteousness.
20 And in a_great house, there _is not only golden and silver vessels, but also wooden and earthen, and some on _one _hand for honour, on _the _other _hand some to dishonour.
21 Therefore if anyone may _clean _out himself from these things, he _will _be a_vessel for honour, having _been _sanctified, useful to _the master, because/for every work good having _been _prepared.
22 And be _fleeing the youthful lusts, but be _pursuing righteousness, faith, love, peace, with the ones calling _on the master out _of a_ pure _heart.
23 And be _refusing the foolish and uneducated debates, having _known that they _are _bearing quarrels.
24 And it _is_ not _fitting the_slave of_the_master to _be _quarrelling, but to _be gentle toward all, teaching, bearing _evil, 25 in gentleness disciplining the ones opposing, perhaps the god might _give to _them repentance to a_knowledge of_the_truth, 26 and they _may _recover _sobriety out _of the snare of _the devil, having _been _caught by him, in _order that the_will of _that one.
