28 concerning_Kedar and_concerning_kingdoms _of Ḩāʦōr which Nəⱱūkadneʦʦar he _attacked[fn] the _king _of Bāⱱel thus YHWH he _says arise go _up against Kedar and_destroy DOM [the]_people _of [the]_east.
29 Tents _of_their and_flocks _of_their people _will _take _away tent _curtains _of_their and_all goods _of_their and_camels _of_their they _will _carry _off to/for_them and_call _out to_them terror on_every _side.
30 Flee take _flight exceedingly make _deep to_dwell Oh _inhabitants _of Ḩāʦōr the _utterance _of YHWH if/because he _has _planned against_you _all Nəⱱūkadneʦʦar the _king _of Bāⱱel a _plan and_devised against_you _all[fn] a _purpose.
31 Arise go _up against a _nation at _ease [which]_dwells in_security the _utterance _of YHWH not a _pair _of _gates and_not a _bar to_him/it alone they _dwell.
32 And_they _will _be camels _of_their as_plunder and_herds _of cattle _of_their as_spoil and_scatter_them to/from_all/each/any/every wind [those _who _are]_cut _off _of [the]_corner and_from_every _of side _of_their I _will _bring DOM disaster _of_them the _utterance _of YHWH.
33 And_ Ḩāʦōr _become as_haunt _of jackals a _desolation until perpetuity not he _will _dwell there anyone and_not he _will _sojourn in/on/at/with_it a _child _of humankind.
